Amidst some classics and oddities from a crowded few months of releases at the end of 1971, this includes classic Australian music from the wondrously named Chook, Company Caine, Flake, Melissa, Tamam Shud and The Wild Cherries. In particular featuring selections from the Spectrum album Milesago which was a milestone release here in Australia - just the second "popular double album ever released in this country (the first was Doug Ashdown's Age of Mouse in 1970)".

In an Australian TV studio, probably sometime in 1971, Healing Force with the late great Charlie Tumahai:

48 years ago almost to the day (29 to 31 January 1972). the Meadows Technicolour Fair was held at Meadows (SA), featuring a long list of local and interstate acts, particularly notable since it also coincided with the 1972 Sunbury Festival on the same weekend. There's not a lot of footage of Ginger Baker's brief tenure during 1980/1981 with veteran UK space-rock band Hawkwind, but here is nearly six minutes of a rather grainy promo for Hawkwind with Ginger and the title track from the "Levitation" album:
