Tonight - a night of epic music, or musical epics, including great Australian music from Spectrum, Unitopia and Tommy Emmanuel. It's happy birthday to 2 Todds - US legend Todd Rundgren (soon to tour Australia) and Todd Hunter, the mainstay of one of the most successful "Aussie" bands to come from NZ, Dragon - tonight, a selection from their now obscure 1974 album "Universal Radio". And the Saturday night musical bus continues it's cultural explorations with
music from Sweden (The Flower Kings, never far from Saturday night) and
Russia (The Grand Astoria). Plus a last minute selection: some epic folk from Melbourne group Underlander from their excellent CD from last year, "Treason Songs".
