This week, another diverse serving of prog rock and anything else that
fits from Australia and overseas; since today is Waitangi Day, New Zealand's national day, there's a feast of music from across the
Tasman (Airlord, Dragon, Split Enz and some heavy psych from Ticket), plus some classic Italian prog
rock (to accompany the Carnevale festival here in Adelaide
this weekend). And it's happy birthday this weekend to Roye Albrighton
(guitarist and singer with Nektar), Tim Blake (Gong, Hawkwind) and Huw
Lloyd Langton (Hawkwind).
